Department of Planning – Finance has the functions to assist the Rector with financial plans, management of College expenditure sources and to work under the senior financial organizations and under directly the Rector. To control economized policies of all departments and offices; advise the Board of Rectorate on suitable methods of income increase and expenditure reduction. To collect and refund tuition fees, scholarships and other incomes and expenditure related to the training based on local regulations. To make all the contracts; liquidate and balance all internal and external financial settlement. To pay salaries, scholarships and daily fees for all the staff in defined time, etc
