The establishment and development of international cooperation is one of the most important strategies of TIC’s development. Today TIC is making a concerted effort to implement this strategy.
The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Tuy Hoa Industrial College and Global Volunteer Network (GVN) took place on the morning of October 14th at TIC. In addition, this program will also strengthen our knowledge and full understanding about the culture, language and people of Phu Yen, Vietnam and many other countries.
