 Formerly, the school was known as Geological School II, established on August 1st, 1978 and belonged to General Department of Geology. |

 Tuy Hoa Industrial College is a multi-disciplinary school with multiple training levels. It is a member of College System in particular and of Vietnam Education System in general. |

 TIC is directly under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Its tasks are to train and upgrade technicians at the college level and at other lower levels with the following subjects: Geodesy, Geology, Chemical Technology, Information Technology, Electric – Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economy and other subjects. |

 The Tuy Hoa Industrial College is located at Ward 8, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province on National Highway 1 of Vietnam. |

 TIC has carried out the training programs seriously, paid much attention to the whole education so that we have gained the good appreciation, especially about the hands-on of our technical workers by local and abroad enterprises and manufacturing factories. |

 After more than 30 years of endeavour, TIC has constructed, reinforced and developed gradually and steadily. TIC has gained many achievements in carrying out its functions and tasks as well as in developing the College. |
